      The Compliance Process follows guidelines issued by the U.S. Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the healthcare industry. Sun entered into a Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) with the OIG. The agreement creates a process to achieve a common goal: quality healthcare for every patient.
      Every employee pledges in writing to adhere to the Compliance Process and uphold Sun’s Code of Conduct with a signed Commitment to Compliance that is renewed each year. Annual training on the Compliance Process and Code of Conduct is mandatory for all Sun employees. In addition, training is provided on specific clinical and reimbursement processes. With this process, Sun, its subsidiaries and its employees affirm our commitment to clinical financial, and professional integrity.
